What are they?
Radishes are typically red with white flesh, as small and crunchy root vegetables of the brassica family. It is often served raw as a garnish and as a slightly spicy kick in salads or sandwiches. You can also use the leaves in a similar way to spinach by sautéing or steaming them. Find more ways to store and prepare radish greens here! The green tops of many roots have a lot of uses. We always recommend using the whole veggie if you can!
