Urban Roots’ Tour de Farm is the most unique non-profit event in Austin, combining our farm-fresh produce and the city’s top chefs to raise money for Austin’s young leaders. Highlights of this premiere evening include signature cocktails, farm-fresh tastings of produce grown at Urban Roots, the absolute best that Austin has to offer in our Silent Auction, and inspiring stories from Urban Roots youth leaders. Join the Neil-Cochran House Museum for a trip through history which will begin at 6:00 and run for approximately 20 minutes. Mezcal (courtesy of Susto Mezcal), roast pig (courtesy of Rosso & Flynn Modern Butchers), and live music round out what we hope will make for, if you will, a very happy (less than an) hour of history. A portion of the proceeds of this event will benefit local youth leadership and food sustainability nonprofit Urban Roots. Admission is $20 to the general public.
