Learn together on the farm with Urban Roots!

Through experiential learning, educational farm tours demonstrate the importance of land stewardship and the Austin food system. On-site activities excite the senses and encourage appreciation for the land, farmworkers and the greater food system.

When are
tours available?


From September 15 – December 15, and March 1 – April 30 on Wednesdays only. Tours will take place between 9 a.m. and noon.

Where
do we go?

Tours scheduled for the remainder of 2025 will take place at our East Austin Farm. As we plan for 2026, we will be confirming tours for our East Austin Farm and South Austin Farm.
