As Texans, we know we can’t truly predict the weather throughout the year! But at Urban Roots, a special group of monthly donors – Rainmakers – are folks we can rely on to help us grow from season to season.
Rainmakers choose a monthly amount to donate and take just a few minutes to register. Then, that steady shower of support goes toward:
Paid positions for Urban Roots youth leaders who are learning about farming while working to increase food access in their community;
Tools that help staff, youth and volunteers grow farm-fresh produce and get it out into the community to our neighbors; and
Supplies for sustainable farming, learning, community gatherings and more, throughout every season.
