H-E-B Named Inaugural Urban Roots Community Partner of the Year for 2024
At our Tour de Farm event on May 15, we recognized some special farm friends who have helped us grow our positive impact in the community. We are honored to name Go Austin/Vamos! Austin as our first-ever Food Access Partner of the Year and H-E-B as our inaugural Community Partner of the Year.
H-E-B has supported Urban Roots by donating funds, sharing resources, and showing up with talented leadership on our board of directors, with an unwavering commitment to boosting our programs. H-E-B folks are no strangers to our farms, coming out to volunteer and lend their time and hands. Partnerships like these help us deliver our mission and sustain the work it takes to keep moving toward a more just and joyful food future!
