We are excited to once again be one of the beneficiaries for Edible Austin’s Chef Auction. Join us on October 6 at The Allan House and bid on exclusive dining packages with notable Austin chefs! Indulge in small bites prepared by each chef and refreshing libations by Paula’s Texas Spirits, Bending Branch Winery, Real Ale and the legendary Bill Norris. After the live auction, you can enjoy sweet treats by Delysia Chocolatier and auction chefs as well as specialty espresso beverages by Texas Coffee Traders. They will also feature a fantastic silent auction; you’re bound to leave happy even if you don’t place the highest bid (though we’d love it if you did).
From a backyard BBQ with Aaron Franklin to fifteen courses with Tyson Cole, the bidders at our past Chef Auction have taken away some seriously incredible experiences. On August 10th, Edible Austin will announce the nine talented chefs joining us this year in support of Sustainable Food Center and Urban Roots.
