Happy Farm Fact Friday, folks! Gardening has a lot of benefits, from reducing stress and being a mood booster, bettering hand strength and hand dexterity, strengthening your heart, and boosts your vitamin D intake. Just having more greenery in your environment can lower depression rates, and depending on what you tend to, leaves you with the added bonus of flowers or vegetables.
