-Throw a couple of handfuls of greens: beet greens, radish greens, kohlrabi greens, spinach, kale and/ or carrot greens in blender
-Add 1 cup of apple or orange juice or coconut water.
-Add a handful of ice cubes
-Add a carrot, banana and a handful of blueberries and strawberries to the mix
(Optional: Add yogurt or almond butter for protein)
-Blend until smooth
Should make 2 8oz glasses of a quick healthy way to start the day
**Chef’s Note: This is a great way to disguise greens for those family members who ‘think’ they don’t like them!
